As an aside, the Mc gear is probably the last thing I'd be buy there. I'd run out of cash quickly on the MCM prints, lamps, & furniture.

I imagine that amp being listed for 350+ pretty easily

Gotta be one of the first few in line come early AM hours to have a shot at that kind of stuff. If it's not gone in the first 5min, it's priced at retail. I've slept in my car the night before and was still the 3rd person there...
I map out the house by the photos, google the address when available, look at the satellite image / Bing birdseye to verify my floorplan, google for home listings in case more pictures are present, and go there with snacks and coffee around 3am. And don't forget the pot to piss in 'cause it's gonna be a long night...

8years or so ago while on eBay I learned of an upcoming estate sale of a camera store owner in buffalo
Got there 1hr early
People had already been allowed to flood in
But most was still there
It was unbelievable
Fire sale prices on great stuff
Loaded.
Very few pieces were kept for ebay
Someone called hazmat for a few large glass bottles of mercury toner on a shelf
They shut the sale down
Left with what Iwas carrying
Still great
Crazy cheap
But so much more was left
Missed the next day
Went back
Still left with a ton but not the premium stuff I would have had
Best sale of all time
