Bull fighting, Mountain Climbing and Car Racing Are Sports......

A man is in Spain on business, and stops in a nice restaurant for dinner. Sitting a few tables away is a gentleman eating a fairly large meal, surrounded by several friends watching him eat. He tells his waiter, "That man's plate looks interesting - I'd like to try the same." The waiter replies, "Oh, that is a very special meal, only served once a week. There is a bullfighting ring several blocks away, and the restaurant sponsors the main event. If the bull loses and is killed, the Matador is awarded the customary bull's ear, but the testicles are removed and brought to the restaurant. The chef prepares them using a special secret recipe, and some lucky diner gets a once-in-a-lifetime meal. There is quite a waiting list". "How long is the wait?", the patron asks. "About 12 weeks", answers the waiter. The man replies, "I'll be here for about 6 months, so I'd like to be placed on the list." The waiter makes the addition.

A little over three months later, he receives a message from the restaurant that his "reservation" has arrived, and his meal will be prepared the next day. He arrives early at the cafe and awaits his delicacy. The waiter soon approaches and places his plate in front of him. He is a little stunned by the rather small portion, and inquires as to why.

The waiter answers, "Well, sometimes the bull, he wins!"
