buzz noise and transformer vibration

Hi,
Good evening!
My system is bryston bdp2+ weiss dac202+ manley 300b +hd800. All equipments are connected to accuphase ps1200v.

Problem description:
I experience buzz noise from headphone. The noise will be louder as I turn up the volume. And transformer of ps1200v is humming (mechanical vibration). The vibration is easy to notice when I am 2 meters away. I am trying to find where the buzz and vibration come from.

I did some experiments trying to find the reason.

1. I connect manley 300b to wall output. Both buzz and vibration disappear.

2. I replace manley 300b by audio valve rkv mk3. Both buzz and vibration disappear.

3. I use a '3pin-2pin cheater' to lift manley 300b. The buzz disappears. But the vibration of transformer is still going on.

4. I connect manley 300b to ps1200v, while disconnect all other components and interconnects. The transformer still has noticeable vibration.

The ps1200v has 1200VA capacity. And the total consumption of my system is less than 300watt. I still have warranty on manley and bryston. Does this problem have something to do with grounding issue or the 'DC in the AC' ? What shall I do to fix this ?

Thanks very much!
