c-45 tape loop

so I picked up a c-45 preamp. The issue is I have an SAE 5000A that at times I use for some old worn records, I know some folks hate stuff like this but it does work and it keeps the pops and ticks out of my speakers. My question is my mx-130 had listen and record knobs so it was very easy to integrate the 5000A into the system when it was needed. How do i do that with the c-45?

I don't think you can. The C45 is really more of a hybrid HT / 2ch preamplifier. While it does have a tape loop, there doesn't appear to be a way to engage it along with another source like one can with traditional IN/OUT switched tape loops. As the C45 doesn't have a processor loop I don't see a good solution.
