MY C20 has a few outputs:
L+R
TAPE
MAIN
MAIN

Currently, the C20 runs two mono Mc30 amps from a single MAIN for left and right speakers.
Can the C20 run two stereo MC240 amps on the two MAINs —- to support biamp’ing speakers?
Can the C20 run four mono MC30 amps on the two MAINs — to support biamp’ing speakers?
If the C20 can do those scenarios, how about combining the two existing MC30s on one MAIN and a MC240 on the other MAIN — for biamp’ing?

Yes to all of the above (with the amplifier models stated). However, it's generally not advisable for a tube amplifier to be used for passive biamplification in which the amp outputs see only one portion of the frequency range.
