Calling All Maverick D1 Plus Owners Using Only Sparkos Op Amps

In part I am asking for myself and Andrew at Sparkos Labs about using the SS3602 op amps. We would like to know if anyone has experienced any issues installing this op amp on the headphone side of the Maverick D1 Plus specifically. Last week I installed it and had experienced a high pitch whistling sound between 0 and 12 o'clock on the volume knob which became evident after about a minute. I tried swapping the op amp positions and no change. The line out side was perfect. Only the headphone side had this condition. The supplied OPA627's did not have this issue. According to Andrew he has never had a report till now and he has never really tested the op amps on a D1 Plus unit. Please share your experiences with the group in order to help out everyone and Andrew. Thanks!

PS. I sent back the op amps so Andrew could test them and he will report back to me his findings.

May not be related at all, but sKiZo suffered a weird leakage issue using Burson V5s with his D1. One of op amps is pretty close to the tube base.
