Cambridge Audio Dacmagic 2 - Worth it?

I have the opportunity to pick one of these up. My question is should I?

I have 2 CD players - NAD C 515BEE and Cambridge Audio Avur 540c V2

Would I see an improvement using an older DAC vs newer CD players?

Do you mean the DACMagic Plus? If so there is a review in this months Hi-Fi Choice. Positive thought they seem to prefer the REGA DAC.
