Cambridge Model Sixes, $70, Boston

I owned a pair of these- they are a great sounding speaker. A friend owns them now, along with a pair of the Cambridge Model Seventeens.

I highly reccommend them if you're looking for a newer bargain speaker. They run circles around what Best Buy and Circuit City offers, for the most part.

Here is a pair of Cambridge SoundWorks Model Six speakers. Very good condition. They sound great and can go quite loud. Model Sixes were recently the 3rd "top rated" bookshelf speakers, by a leading consumer publication. They were described as "Very good and low-priced, with a long (10 year) warranty."

Cambridge Soundworks Model Six Specifications

Dimensions: 17.4" H × 11.4" W × 7½" D.

Woofer: 8" polymer cone – sealed enclosure.

Tweeter: 1¾" cone.

Crossover: 2KHz.

Weight: 17 pounds each.
