Can Anybody identify these speakers

My first post. I picked these up for thirty bucks. No badges no markings. 12" unmarked surrounds and these Versa-Tronics 8" Kevlar mids and Vifa tweeters. All drivers seem heavy duty and well made. The cases are oak veneer with rounded corners. And about 42" tall. Pop off nylon covered grills. Any thoughts? One friend thought ADS

It's beginning to seem like that. I'll see how they sound after I refoam them and decide what to do. Maybe part them out or sell cheap as they can't be identified. Thanks for the posts

Cabinet looks like it could be one of the Woodstyle cabinets Madisound and maybe others sold back in the later '80s into the '90s. Still have Madisound catalogs from around 2000 and it has the Vifa tweeter listed - $23.70 back then.

Found this on another website. Looks like Versa- Tronics is still possibly in business but now making sound bars etc for surround sound systems. Maybe try sending them a photo or 2 and see if they made them. Never heard of them even though they would be fairly local to me here in Central MA. Says it was branded Versa Tronics RDK-24 on the crossover board. Mr. Bill
