Can anyone help identify this inverted dome driver?

I picked up this inverted dome driver at a garage sale yesterday.
It looks larger than most inverted dome drivers. About 1.5 inches in diameter.

My personal guess is that it is from either an EPI, Epicure, or Genesis speaker.

Anyone know for sure what brand and model number of speakers used this driver?

Try Burhoe. After EPI Burhoe had his own speaker company, and they had 1, 1.1, and 1.5 inch inverted dome drivers. Closest picture I saw on web Blue with 1.5 inch mid dome. Most had orange phenolic type surrounds. However, I can't say for sure...

My guess is a Burhoe tweeter or midrange. Same Burhoe that started at EPI.
Sure does, like something used on a Genesis model, except I've never seen that odd offset to the frame
Maybe this will help

A long time ago, June of 2011 to be exact, I emailed Winslow Burhoe with some questions about a little pair of very early, first version M100s I was restoring
He responded quickly, was extremely pleasant and didn't seem to mind answering questions
Might give it a shot, assuming he is still alive and well (once you hit 60 you think about that)
No new posts on his website for several years now

Thanks for all the responses. Looks like it is most likely a Burhoe tweeter used in the Burhoe Green model speakers and possibly other Burhoe models.

Good find, thanks
You find a photo of the entire speaker?
I'd like to see it in context

I have seen the tweeters with dark gray surrounds and also orange colored surrounds.
Also, it seems that the lead wires will sometimes go through the dome itself, or through the surround.

I had a Burhoe Light Blue with a 1.5TL inverted dome driver with an orange surround. Turned out to be dead but I couldn't bear to trash it so it's here somewhere. Anyway yes that was a 1.5" mid-tweeter.

Burhoe! Great sound. There were a couple of different variations as they were all hand assembled, as far as I can recall.
