Can anyone help source Marantz 2265b replacement parts?

I’m hoping to get a few missing pieces to a Marantz 2265b I picked up today.

The unit is missing some screws, The lamps are dead as well.

The post on the volume pot is snapped off. It still has a little bit left that I can turn to adjust volume but I want to replace it altogether.

Buying/selling is frowned on in the open (public) forums,
so I'll have to trim the specifics out of your post ...

But on reading your post again - it sounds like you probably want to find a shop to replace the lamps and the "volume pot" - the shaft broken off is kind of a head-scratcher - not sure how the shaft would be "snapped" without damaging the actual pot its attached to!

You'd be surprised at how easy those shafts snap off.
The shaft sleeve mount holds it well and a nice side swipe take the shaft right off.

Volume pots must be sourced from donor units.
eBay is probably the best place.
FWIW, the number on the actual control and some hunting through the service manuals will help you find other models that may have used the same pot.
"Some" units have specific parts, only that model used it. Those can be near impossible to course.
