Definitely a Pioneer, sans headshell though.

I'm willing to believe that. This is - ostensibly - a PS1000.
Control layout does indeed look right vis-a-vis the OP.

I have a friend who has all his Impulse records (about 30 or so) grouped together. With their orange and black spines they make an impression.
