Can't speak to the arm itself, but that's a Micro Seiki headshell in the second pic.

tumbleweed, how can you tell? is that white half-moon/oval mark a micro-seiki logo?

Pictures could be better but looks like either a Sony PUA-237 or 286.

No, in fact I don't think Micro ever had anything you could really call a "logo" - just the words themselves, in a relatively normal typeface.

I've seen that shell on several Micros, and I had one myself on my DD30, enough to give me a pretty good certainty that it's Micro.
