Can anyone recognize this cartridge?

Hi everybody,
I got this cartridge with a used Pioneer PL-200 that I bought.

I'm not sure that it's the original Pioneer PC-135 cartridge that came with this TT. Anyway, the headshell is not original so probably they replaced the cartridge as well.

The thing is that there's no stylus and no branding on the cartridge at all.

Any help would be appreciated...

That's an odd one. I've never seen one like it. Definitely not a PC-135. The front end reminds me of a Shure M70B, but the color's wrong, the texture's wrong, the bottom looks too flat and the terminals are too fancy. Definitely a close relative, though.
