Can anyone tell me about Paradigm 'Model 9S' Speakers?

I've found an ad for Paradigm 'Model 9S' on my local Kijiji, and I can't seem to find any info on the web about them. I've heard that the 9SE speakers are supposed to be good, but I can't seem to find anything on these.

I believe 9S are just an earlier version of 9se.
Good speakers, but $150 is a bit high IMHO.

Rock music thumpers with the famous Paradigm upper bass hump. Midrange is decent with rolled off treble. Fun but not particularly accurate. I had the bigger brother 11SEs which produced more of the same. If in really good shape $150 is not out of line, at least around here.

If in not mistaken the earlier S series paradigms used a Seas tweeter, the SE series used a Vifa. I agree with what's posted above, bass on the thumpy side and not particularly deep. 150 bucks in very good shape isn't bad in Canada. But I think you can do better for the same money, maybe a pair of Camber 3.0's or something.

This may be better in the dollars and sense section.
