Can I connect Pioneer sx-626 to Adcom power amp?

Hey all I just picked up an Adcom GFA 5400 2 channel power amp from a thrift store for $5 dollars! Crazy cheap. Anyway it powers on but I cant fully know if it works till I hook it up.

So, I am wonder if my Pioneer SX-626 can connect to it via its Pre-out/main in jacks that are jumpered right now (This is the only receiver I have that has the pre-out).

Yup, pull the jumpers then connect the pre outs (and speakers) to the Adcom.

I don't know what the Adcom has for output protection, but usually for a new (to you untested) amp one likes to check for any excessive DC offset from the amp. Or, at least don't connect your best speakers for the first run; just in case.
