Can you identify these speakers

Picked up these speakers with a couple of old Scott tube components and saw no identifying information on the speaker itself but did notice a name in the interior. Firstly can you identify these speakers and secondly ccomment on their value and sound quality. Clearly they are old.

Interesting placement of the tweeter.

Looks like maybe there was a different HF driver mounted on the speaker baffle.

Are both speakers the same?

I wonder if that plate is used to cover a hole for a different driver.

Just guesses on my part.

It is an interesting looking speaker.
 
There is a collector market for Lorenz drivers in Europe and they appear frequently om Fleabay. The woofer is likely an extended range driver and the tweeter looks like it was added on at some point and put over the bass reflex port to keep from having to drill a baffle hole.
