Nope sound more like Lucille Starr who does/did shows like this a lot or use to? Anne Murray doesn't really sing in French at all! Out in Acadia area many women sing in French so it is really hard to tell who it is as many sound the same: P/S as far as the song it's Cajun from Louisiana,Diggy diggy li,diggy diggy lo
