Cannot get rid of hum!!

I tried a few but ended up swapping out TT and hum is gone. I wish I could have gotten the Marantz to quit humming but the Yamaha yp-d8 is a decent replacement.
 
Try taking off the headshell and cleaning the contacts with a pencil eraser. You can also use a SMALL amount of Deoxit to clean them. Be careful because it could remove the plastic that holds the stylus together.
