Can't use back arrow sometimes

A lot of times while on the forum if I hit the previous arrow the screen goes white and there's nothing there. I try refresh but nothing happens. I have to close out of it.

The page title says (aboutrsc) or something like that.

I can't really think of a reason why it didn't work? I use Firefox, never had the issue. Of the few times I used it, I used Microsoft Edge and never had the problem with it either. Don't use Chrome. I can suggest that next time it happens, with your mouse, right click and hold the back arrow to see if you get a drop down of previous pages. If you do, you can hover your mouse over the last page and let go of the mouse button, which should take you back.

Hey Quick Cal - we have not found the cause yet, and three details from you would help us track it down. It might be coming from the ad side, which makes it ours to chase.

The next time the page goes white, could you post:

1. Which browser you are using (Chrome, Safari, Edge and so on)
2. Whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer, and which kind
3. Roughly what time it happened, and which thread you were on

Thanks for flagging it. Garry's tip is a good one in the meantime: hold down the back arrow and you can pick the page you want from the list.
