I'm trying to troubleshoot this subwoofer, that doesn't turn on.
What I have done:

I'm trying to troubleshoot this subwoofer, that doesn't turn on.
What I have done:
- Opened it and checked for bulging caps: there were none
- Desoldered the power board (it really isn't a power board: it just switches on and off the mains)
- Checked a cap there (desoldered, so I could test it out of circuit): the capacitance is halved. It's a blue Philips
- Tried to bypass the relay of the aforementioned board: the amp draws 0,2 A @ 220V
