Canton Plus B active sub troubleshooting

Hello,
I'm trying to troubleshoot this subwoofer, that doesn't turn on.
What I have done:
  • Opened it and checked for bulging caps: there were none
  • Desoldered the power board (it really isn't a power board: it just switches on and off the mains)
  • Checked a cap there (desoldered, so I could test it out of circuit): the capacitance is halved. It's a blue Philips
  • Tried to bypass the relay of the aforementioned board: the amp draws 0,2 A @ 220V
What can I try next? I'm not afraid of soldering/desoldering stuff.
