Cart recommendations ...

Does anyone have any recommendations as to replacement/upgrades for my turntable carts ...

My first table is an ARXA it has a Pickering - V15 Phase IV cart on it.

The next table is a Marantz 6100 has a Sumiko Oyster on it.

The other table is a Pionerr PL 15D II has a Shure M95ED on it.

To my ear the tables all sound fine - but didn't know if I was missing out on improving the tables dramatically with out spending a great deal of cash ... realistically I would not want to spend more than $150 per table on upgrades ...

The receivers that these tables will be used with are a Marantz 2240 and a Sansui QRX 7500 ... if that factors into the equation....

A cartridge is only as good as the stylus mounted in it. The Shure M95ED cartridge can be awesome with either an original Shure N95ED, N95HE or N95G. If those aren't available, JICO makes excellent clones...
