Hey all...not primarily a TT guy, but I picked up a Concept 2QD for $10 at GW last week, and it came without a cart or counterweight. I've got the counterweight just about done. I'm making it from a brass calibration weight I got at a yard sale yesterday for a quarter. At a different yard sale yesterday, I stumbled across a box labeled "Phono needles etc..." in which I found 4 cartridges that I picked up for 50 cents. There are 2 P mount carts, a Technics P30, and an Audio Technica that bears no model number sans stylus, and there were also a Pickering V-15/AT-3 with an unmarked stylus, and an Audio Technica AT 70, also with no stylus. So along with my Pickering XV 15 (broken D750 stylus,) and my P/AT-1 (with DAC 2,) I now have six cartridges and only one tonearm in the house. Any recommendations on which I should mount on the 2QD? I took some pics of em...but the server is being a dick right now, and I don't have 4 years to wait for them to upload...so tough. Thanks for any input.
