Cartridge for a Technics SL B20

I am fixing up an old Technics SL B20 turntable for my daughter. I have ordered a belt, a new arm rest (broken off) and cueing elevator (snapped in the middle). It comes with a P mount Ortofon 10H cartridge and has a 10H cartridge. My plan would be to replace the stylus or replace the cartridge. Any opinions on a good P mount cartridge for this table? This would be a best value for money sort of thing.

Sounds like a fun project, not long ago I fixed up the same table for a buddy who is getting into vinyl and he loves it. It had a basic Audio Technica P mount cartridge, which I think cost around $30, and it sounds great. In your case though I am almost certain that the Ortofon P mount cartridges take the standard OM stylii, which is pretty cool. If that's the case I would go for something like the OM5e replacement stylus, or if you want to spend less, a generic Pfansthiel version can be had for around $15.
