This is a big oof.
I bought a brand new Hana SH cartridge in June 2019. When initially installed, everything worked great!
Around last October (sometime in the Fall), my left channel failed. I figured it was the old RCA cables on my Technics SL-1900 that went bad. No biggie. I'll replace. I didn't sit down until now to do this and I soldered in brand new RCA cables. Hooked everything back up, no left channel.
I tried a few other things but long story short... when I place my Shure cartridge on there everything works perfect! I even used the same four headshell wires on the Hana just to be certain. No left channel.
The Hana is so brand new and so lightly used, I'm infuriated at the thought of being out the cost of that cartridge. Anyone have similar issues? Anyone know of a Hana repair service? Comments, suggestions, and thoughts are welcome.
