Cartridge Help

Hi everyone, need some help. I recently bought a kenwood kd-2055 turntable which was a step up from my technics sl-bd1, anyway it came with a cartridge that I cant seem to find any information on a Micro Seiki LF-7 It has a damaged stylus which I want to replace. Is there a replacement stylus for this cart? Is it even worth replacing? Should I just get a new cart? any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated thanks.
