Cartridge ID: M72 vs. M75

Hi, I've got a Shure "Premier" with an N72EJ stylus which would suggest that it's the "Premier Green" but the cartridge mounting has the little pegs for attaching the stylus guard. I think that actually makes it a "Premier Black" or M75ED but fitted with an N72EJ stylus. Is that correct? Isn't the only difference between the M72 and M75 bodies the stylus guard on the M75?
