Cartridge Tempalte for Sony PS 8750

Does anyone know where I might be able to find a replacement or copy of the template used to align a cartridge on a 30+ year old Sony PS 8750 turntable? My unit has been sitting since I switched to Digital 20 years ago and I would like to update the cartridge. Are there alternatives? Thanks. Jim
