Carver amp - M-0-5t, not 1-5t. What's the diff?

Does anyone know about the M-0-5T? I see a number of completed ebay sales in the $3xx range for the M-1-5T. I have the chance to pick up a M-0-5T, a CT-7 pre/tuner and a giant pair of gothic double-wide Kenwood speakers for $350. I'm wondering if it's a deal or a wash. Any opinions?
