Carver and Infinity

[turnitdown]

Like I need this stuff. Shhesh!!!

Carver Model TFM - 15CB Power Amplifier, and a Carver CT-24 Preamplifier / Tuner w/remote and 2 - Infinity Speakers - Kappa 6.1.........................$250.00

I would be nuts to pass on them?

[goodolpg]

Gee, if decent cosmetics and everything works as it should seems like a screaming deal...

[stevo137]

Where are those located?

[turnitdown]

Florida. North, Big Bend.

I'm just implying that I would have that package home by now!

The amp alone is worth that if working and good condition.

[turnitdown]

Yes. It's nearby. I wasn't being coy, I just want to be careful with each step up. I have a Rotel 960 and Dynaco ST70 into JBL 4430s but want another system of high quality. I love Carver amps. I used the PM amp series in the 90s and they were GREAT. I want the pre because it has a remote...and it's Carver and the Infinity Kappas are gravy, I guess.

So it's a screamin' good buy?

[stevo137]

I would say so for sure.

I'm a Carver fan too, certain models.

I don't know the condition but I would at least look at the package for sure!

There are certain Carver and Infinity's that work very well together.

Contacted the seller and waiting, but it's (relatively) late here.

He replied (email) and I'll check them out tomorrow.
