Carvin Tube 100 for Hi-fi

I read a lot of guys using the Dynaco 70's for home stereo use with different boards, etc. I was wondering if anyone was running a Carvin TS or tube 100 amp in a hi-fi setting?

The carvin is a 2X50W all tube power amp with 4 6l6 or el34 outputs... The manual makes a brief mention of Hi-Fi but I needed a second opinion.

Heres a link to it.

Thanks so much!

I have a carvin amp. I think it's the TS100. It's black and can either do 50 per channel or 100 bridged. My impressions....a good amp if you want to bi-amp or tri-amp and use the carvin as the mid driver amp or the high frequency amp. The carvin is very light on bass response. If you look at the trannies you will see why. An amp such as the peavey 50/50 will run circles around the carivn. I have the Peavey as well. The trannies in the peavey are huge.
