Cassette Deck wizard recommendations

Does any one know of a good cassette deck tech? I have a DUAL 839 RC which has been a supreme challange to get working mechanically. I finally have the drive going but am now out of my league in getting it tuned up. It does not sound as it should, a lot of lost upper range. I would like to find a tech who really is expert on decks. Any suggestions?
