Cassette tapes VS HVAC system

IMG_0452.JPG I mounted four Napa Valley 100-cassette tape holders onto the wall. The space on the wall is perfect for the holders size. However that wall is also the corner of the utility closet and the cold air returns. Inside the utility closet is the air handler/ furnace. The inside wall area is where the pump, electrical switches, conduit, and the furnace exterior pipes and such.
What I'd like to know...are my cassettes safe? Or is there elements of harm, maybe EMF, heat, vibration, or something? I don't know so I thought I'd ask? What do you'all think?

If something has strong magnets on the other side of the wall...maybe it would have an effect long term.

If the wall gets hot, that could be detrimental to the tape.
