Celestion Ditton 300 and DL10 woofers

My ears are bleeding
I have one damaged DL10 woofer (lost a bidding war on ebay and haven't seen a replacement since). The Ditton looks very close, except for the stamped basket. Is the 300 Bass Reflex or Air Suspension? Located a couple and was considering getting them.

Any Celestion experts out there that can say one way or the other if the 300 would be a good match? If I do a replacement I'll do both, not just one original and one 300, as I doubt they will be sonically close enough to be ok.

Man, those are some hard speakers to find information on unless one of our UK brethren come to our aid! I have a pair of Celestion Ditton 44 Series II's, which were lesser known than the originals, that I picked up last fall that were in great shape but were missing the original woofers and had some cheap ol' Jensen drivers in them. I searched high and low for any info to no avail when out of the blue, an AK'er from Denmark said he had a pair of them! I was amazed that it only took ONE week to get them from there to Arkansas....which is faster than regular snail mail across the US.
