Celestion Impact 25s??

I've seen this pair of Celestion Impact 25 tower speakers go by on my local Kijiji... Are these any good? Seems like i can't find any info on these... Looking for my first pair of towers.
Also, I contacted the seller and he would agree for a trade with my pair of Tannoy C-8s that were lying around in my bedroom. Does that seem like a fair trade?

Seem to be okay but not unlike thousands of similar looking towers. Old thread here says Celestions should have smooth sounding tweeters. Get down to 43 Hz and the sensitivity is 90dB.

Probably worth a speaker for speaker trade.
