Centaurus...white van ?

Are these white van or legit, there's a pair for sale near me. When I did a search all I can find is a few articles from here talking about apogee speakers. These are much smaller, like an maybe MTM design, one liter or so. 2 larger looking bookshelf and one center speaker.

All it says is "ribbon speakers"

Looks like 2 maybe 6 or 8 inch woofers with a ribbon in the middle, it's really hard to tell with the grill on and no picture of the maker. They look interesting, I certainly don't need anymore speakers but for a small bedroom tv-movie system with a sub they look like a possibility?

What do you guys think ?

There are the Apogee Centaurus Monitors which have a single woofer and ribbon, but the original Centaur had two 6.5" drivers and a small ribbon between them--that might be what you are looking at.

The actual speaker names are "Centaurus Ribbon Monitor" and "Centaur Ribbon Monitor"--just to refine your search.
