I have looking around for a dried Holy Trinity Mix, I am almost out of what I have, Zydeco Chop Chop. I very good buy decided to see what else was out there. I found C'est Tout ( That's All ) it has a much courser dice than Zydeco Chop Chop more like you would with the fresh vegetables at home. Be sure to check out the recipe section of their website there are some grit recipes that look wonderful.

Oh My God Cést Tout dried Holy Trinity vegetables are good, so good I am eating them dried out of the containers. They reconstitute into almost crispy fresh chopped. Honesty they are so good that only ultra fresh picked vegetables out of your own garden can be better. The inclusion in the order of 3 colored New Orleans throw beads is a real nice touch.
