Chaotic songs/albums, what splits your wig?

By chaotic, I mean stuff that sounds totally out of control, like it can fall apart at any moment. These types of songs generally exhibit a great deal of dissonance, but the artist is able to conjure up something rather harmonious out of the dissonant sounds. When you sit back and listen with your eyes closed, you're heading into the void, your only escape being when the track stops playing. Sooooo, what does it for you guys and gals? This is mine, been listening to it a few times per week for the last 15 years

There is one song in particular that is as chaotic as they come, if not even more so, and the first time I heard it, it about ruined the entire record for me. Thankfully I've gotten past it because I love the rest of the album but it's on The Velvet Underground's third album, self-titled, song 9 called The Murder Mystery. I can't tell if I'm having a seizure while I'm listening or if that's just the way they wanted you to feel.

I always freak out over the intro to Misunderstood by Wilco Craziness that transforms into mellow.

Norman Blake "Old Brown Case" is detailed, fast and intricate. Just when it sounds like it could all fall apart he starts throwing in embellishments and trills to kick the whole piece into another level. Its an amazing performance and when it ends I often realized that I've been holding my breath for the final minutes.

I'll go with Mr. Bungle "Disco Volante' " I remember hearing a bunch of Ornette Coleman stuff that was pretty out-there.

I'm stuck between "with pen in hand by When people were shorter and lived near the water, off Their "Bobby" album, a "tribute" (if you want to call it that) to Bobby Goldsboro, and "There's a boat dats leaving soon for New York", by the same "Band"...they're actually quite good/talented artists, that just like to warp things a little...

Rolling Stone gave Them a good write-up a few years back, great experimental Band, too bad they didn't make it.
This songs pretty Kaotic..:

A lot of Allman Bros. stuff gives me the feeling that I'm careening down a hill at top speed in a car with no brakes. I think it's just because they had so much going on in the mix -- multiple guitars, keyboards, bass, two drummers (that might be the key right there; a lot of bands with two drummers give me that feeling).

Sonic Youth - Inhuman.

While much of Sonic Youth's work fits that bill, Inhuman is a standout track that kind of defines that type of snowball rolling downhill sound you described.
