What do you guys think of them? I personally think that Marantz 140 is sexy as ****. Is that a decent deal on the cassette deck?

The seller clearly put the average eBay SOLD price for it. Thus, the price is fair but I would not call it is a deal for run.

With shipping that's $510. IMHO that is a substantial difference from $400.

Then why don't you mention that " Power Supply 2 caps, Tone Amplifier 4 caps" = only 6 Caps vs FULLY recaps in the ebay listing.
Any you get none protection vs EBay buyer protection.

Besides, if you want to sell it locally, would you still expecting a close to EBay price?

Totally worthless thread. without some of the ads copied, the prices listed, or some shiit posted from the now dead links, this was a waste of time to look at while investigating a chunk of gear. Thanks...for nothing and it is the same month. interweb stuff can die quick.
