Picked up one several years ago. Wish I'd gotten that much for mine -- I think it went for a order of magnitude less. I didn't think it sounded all that good -- nothing obviously wrong, and this was before I knew about offset and bias etc. -- but give me a Sansui 9090 anyday.
I suppose that makes me a 'Technics basher' according to that annoyingly named but very popular thread. Why not being a rabid fan makes you a basher I don't get, but I'm clearly not the target audience.
