CL score -- Philips PA 1200B with monster meters

I am not familiar with the series as it post dates the Lab Series where my interests lie. I believe it was the replacement for the Lab series though. I've seen and heard a few in systems and they are no slouches for sure. Philips was on a roll for a few years in trying to get into the higher end audio market but, like so many large companies did not have the patience and I gues ROI to stay the course.

Wazy, finding any 4506 is a challenge. These combined rtr and preamps were just not a format North Americans were used to. I've sent you a PM and welcome to AK.

I picked up this set a couple weeks ago, traded for some PA gear I had no use for. Great deal for me, they sound amazing!
I was wondering if anyone knows of a matching cd player? The lettering is a yellowish color, looks really cool!

I recently purchased a Philips PA-1000B preamp off ebay, and do like the sound of it.
