Classic era Marantz Integrated Amp components

I was doing some comparisons on specs.

The 1300DC integrated amp appears to have the 3650 pre amp and the 300DC power amp.
The 1180DC integrated amp appears to have the 3250 pre amp and the 170DC power armp.
The 1250 integrated amp appears to have the 3600 pre amp and a 250 power amp

I think the 1152DC has the 3250 pre amp but I can't figure out what amp it had. If it had the 170DC power amp, I don't see a difference between 1152DC and 1180DC.

I also can't figure out what pieces the 1122DC was made of, either.

I always thought the 140/3600 were combined for the 1150.

Can't help on the 1122DC or the 1152DC.
