Cleaning Technics SA 205 Receiver

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.
I’m trying to clean my receiver, but I can’t reach the pots from inside the receiver. See pic with green arrows showing there’s a kind of lip with two tabs on top that I can’t remove. Also asking if anyone sees anything on the overall board that looks popped, disconnected wires or anything? The left channel is giving me heartache—sometimes works, most times doesn’t. Thanks for any helpful feedback. And please assume that I don’t have any gear to check frequency, etc., just my Deoxit D5 and 100.

G'day
I did a forum search and found no post regarding any intermittent channel issues.
Is there anything you can do, e.g. press buttons, switch selector switch. wiggle move rca and speaker cables to reproduce the issue?
As for disassembly the exploded view is on pg.17/18 in the service manual
https://www.hifiengine.com/manual_library/technics/sa-203.shtml (the 205 isn't listed but same chassis layout)
Thank you for your kindness in replying to my query, and the link to the service manual. I am looking at the manual now, trying to figure things out.
