Clearaudio Smartphono Great stuff!!!

So last week I purchased a package consisting of Clearaudio Concept TT,CLEARAUDIO - MAESTRO WOOD CARTRIDGE MM, and Clearaudio Smart Phono Preamp.The preamp came today (turntable and cart will be here Friday.
Anyway, I hooked the smartphono up to Sony PS-X75 and Empire LAC600 MM Cart.It sounds lush,warm,balzy, and dynamic.I do like it better than my Cambridge 640P and it is just a great sounding phono amp.About a month ago I bought a used PS Audio GCPH Phono Preamplifier.I did not like it at all and in fact liked the Cambridge Audio better.So, I sold the PS Audio and got my $$$ back.The clearaudio is a huge thumbs up and a large upgrade to the Cambridge 640P.Of course the Clearaudio is 3.5 times the $$$.And Im still using 2 Cabridge Audio 640P in system #2.Looking foward to hearing this amp with my other goodies that are comming Friday.

BTW.This thing is the size of a large pack of playing cards.The PS Audio was about 8 times or more the size of this.

I have one myself, but I'm forced to change it since it can't handle my new (very very) low output Denon DL-304. The sound collapses, it can't handle the impedance the denon requires

now looking at a Lehmann audio Black cube SE. Wonderful thing, I actually like it better than the smartphono with the 304.

I have denon DL-103 too, which drives the smartphono, and that's a wonderful combo. Great sound!
