Speaker enclosures of today are cut by CNC machines.
This guy has his own and they're getting more and more affordable ( under a grand in some cases ).
If you have access to a CNC router you can program in the dimensions and get an instant flat pack. With some glue and clamps you're in business.
Most cabinet shops of any size have a CNC machine. Supply the wood and any of them could cut your speakers for a nominal charge.
