Coax plastic connector covers

I know this sounds like a very odd question, but, does anyone know where I can buy these coax connectors cover things?

They make using coax about a million times easier; but I can't find them anywhere.

Google sleeve torque coax connector. In images I found them, that linked me to pctstore.com. They call it a jumper sleeve.
