Come Critique My Woofer Surround Replacement

Ah, the dreaded foam rot. I picked up a pair of Cerwin Vega R123 speakers last year, but the surrounds were toast on the 12" woofers. After I ordered the replacement kit from Simply Speakers, I had (what may or may not prove to be) the bright idea to record myself working through the whole process of refoaming them. Let me know what you think.

After recording the video, the CVs have been serving as side surrounds in the family/media room, using some Realistic Nova 8Bs as stands to get them up high enough. It is a transformative difference compared to using tiny little satellites for surround duty. For instance, in Star Trek Into Darkness, during the opening scene, a monstrous creature bellows in the right surround speaker. Before it was a dinky little "rawr" and now it is a full-throated, enormous "RRRRROOOOOAAAAAAAARRRRR!!!!" that startles and involuntarily turns heads. Hooray for 97 dB/W sensitivity full-range loudspeakers.

Good idea of a thread.
But
I would never put on video on line of my refoam sessions.

Because.

Just because.

Hah, you should have seen the mess I made of the first one. Had to peel that thing off and stick it back on a couple of times. Through the wonder of video editing nobody has to know about that though (Doh!).

You AK's answer to Norm Abrams. I wish I had the gumption to put together a video, but:
A.) Production can be time consuming.
B.) I can't stand looking at myself on film.
Maybe I could hire some bosomy babe to be the onscreen talent and maybe dub in James Earl Jones' voice.

I'll take it! "Before we use any power tools, let's take a moment to talk about shop safety....."
