I have 2 of these beauties. Both have the same issue where the tonearms wont lower. Took a look underneath and was told that there is a plastic gear which was an issue with these. Anyway i have them in the shop. Was quoted 90.00 to fix both total. One did come with an extra tonearm wand. Also one came with manual. Looking forward to finally hearing them once they are fixed. Been going on almost 2 years since i acquired them.
