Concept CE-M (Made by ESS) Speakers

Hi. I recently acquired a set of Concept CE-M Speakers. I think Concept was the house brand of Pacific Stereo and I believe they were made by ESS. They have the same Heil type tweeter and same woofer and the same flat panel passive radiator thing the ESS line of speakers had.

The CE-M was the top of the line and it's a monster. It also has an oddball sized passive radiator that is billed as 15" in the brochure but it really like 14.5".

As expected the foam surrounds are shot. I still have the passive radiator panels so I really just need the foam surround I think, although I'd buy the complete passive radiator assembly if I had to.


I see the 10" and 12" ESS passive radiators and foam replacements for sale all over the place but none for these.


Does anyone have any ideas of who may sell this?

Contact ESS, http://esslabsusa.com/ I've been in some threads about the heil's and they still sell/produce diaphragms for them as well as the Heil's driver. They also have eq's from back in the day, new in box, so my thought is they might just have what you need, or be able to refer you.


They also have a parts page, might work for you're needs, but I suspect they will be helpful as they can be from past anecdotes.

Thanks. Yeah.. I did try them but nothing. They have all you need for the old 10" and 12" systems but nothing for this wacky 14.5" one.
