Confusin about speaker brands (Ditton & Celestion)

Alright my friends I am confused about the DITTON speaker brand. I know they are the folks behind infamous Ditton Celestion 66. Then there are so many other speakers named DITTON with red letters mostly made in china and sounds not good at all. Also there are speakers saying "CELESTION" made in UK. They didn't sound anything close to DITTON CELESTION series. What's happening? can anyone clarify?

currentl i am listening to a pair of Ditton Celestion 2 two way speakers. (not in great condition) but sounds lightyears better to my ears than "CELESTION" or "DITTON" brand speakers which i came across in recent times.

DITTON CELESTION is the original thing i belive!

Hi, Ditton 10, 15, 25,33,44,66 etc. after 332,442,662 etc. all Celestion brand made in England. The probably other's one Ditton and other's Celestion are copies not related to the English speaker company.
 
It's always Celestion Ditton, never Ditton Celestion.

The 'Ditton' appendage comes from the Celestion company being based in the town of Thames Ditton.

Ditton, as far as I'm aware, was never a separate brand of speaker or a speaker company.
